Everything is made of energy and I believe Reiki is for everyone. Each of us walks a unique path, and within that path lies the same spark of divine connection. My gift to teach was forged through my own trials and transformations, and I am called to share the same tools that rebuilt me from the inside out.
My mission is to guide you to become the Reiki Master of your own inner garden, setting you up for success in both your personal life and professional path. My courses offer a multidimensional approach that combines Traditional Usui Reiki with energy mastery, hypnotherapy, and practical energy workbooks: including guidance to develop your own daily somatic Qi movement practice.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, grounding begins on the sole of the foot, the Bubbling Spring acupuncture point (Kidney 1). This point represents the energetic gateway that connects us to the Earth’s Qi. When we nurture this connection through breath, awareness, and movement, we strengthen our foundation, our vitality, and our sense of belonging in the body.
In Yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Martial Arts, the same principle flows through: the practice of rooting energy downward, drawing nourishment up from the Earth while allowing cosmic energy to descend through the crown.
When the two currents meet in the heart, they create balance — a bridge between Heaven, Earth, and Spirit.
One of Reiki’s most powerful meditative practices begins here:
Drawing up the Earth’s grounding energy through the feet, pulling down the universal light through the crown, and letting them meet at the heart. For myself, I call this the Reiki Bubble — a practice like Kokyu (“The Breath of Light”) — a cleansing flow that restores harmony to body, heart, and mind.
Master Mikao Usui himself began his journey through this union of traditions — meditation, martial arts, and the study of energy flow within the body. My own teachings grow from that same soil: blending Reiki’s spiritual foundation with the ancient wisdom of TCM and the embodied practices of Qi Gong.
To grow, we must root deeply.
To rise, we must first remember where our roots belong.

Through the awareness of Reiki energy, we acknowledge the universal life force flowing through all living things. Reiki connects us with that flow, allowing the practitioner to become a channel for divine healing energy that restores balance on every level—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. When we give Reiki, we are not the source of the energy, but rather a clear vessel through which the energy of the Universe (God Force, Great Spirit, Source, or whichever term resonates) flows. This connection encourages harmony, compassion, and self-awareness. Reiki teaches us to live in gratitude and to trust the natural process of life. It reminds us that healing begins within ourselves and radiates outward to all beings.
